This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how membership cancellations, subscription renewals, digital-product purchases, refunds, payment errors, and related billing matters are handled on SorryNoFilter.com.
This policy forms part of the SorryNoFilter Terms of Service.
1. Membership Cancellation
You may cancel an active SorryNoFilter membership through the available account or billing controls.
Cancellation stops the next scheduled renewal.
Cancellation does not ordinarily terminate an already-paid membership period early.
2. Monthly Memberships
If you cancel a monthly membership:
- your membership remains active through the end of the current paid monthly billing period;
- you retain the applicable membership benefits through that date;
- the membership will not renew for another month; and
- cancellation alone does not create a right to a prorated refund for the unused portion of the current month.
Monthly memberships do not include a special accidental-renewal grace period.
We may still issue refunds for duplicate charges, billing errors, exceptional circumstances, or where required by applicable law.
3. Annual Memberships
Annual memberships are billed once per year.
Annual pricing may reflect a lower effective monthly price, but membership credits are issued monthly throughout the paid annual term rather than all at once.
If you cancel an annual membership:
- your membership remains active through the end of the already-paid annual term;
- you continue receiving the membership benefits applicable to your plan during that term;
- scheduled monthly membership credits continue to be issued during the paid annual term;
- cancellation does not accelerate future credit issuance; and
- the membership will not renew for another year.
4. Accidental Annual Renewal Grace Period
If an annual membership renews unintentionally, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the renewal date.
To qualify for consideration under this grace period, you must not have materially used the renewed membership benefits after the renewal.
Material use includes, for example:
- spending membership credits issued during the renewed term;
- unlocking new membership content;
- downloading newly acquired membership content;
- acquiring new model licenses;
- using renewed Unlimited membership benefits to acquire new models; or
- otherwise materially benefiting from the renewed annual membership.
If an eligible annual-renewal refund is approved:
- the renewed annual membership will be canceled;
- access to benefits arising solely from the refunded renewal may be removed;
- credits issued solely because of the refunded renewal may be reversed; and
- any other entitlements obtained through the refunded renewal may be adjusted as reasonably necessary.
Legitimate permanent model licenses or purchases acquired before the refunded renewal are not affected.
Requests submitted more than 14 days after the annual renewal date are not eligible for this special grace-period policy, although Tech Dome Corp may consider exceptional circumstances at its discretion or provide a refund where required by applicable law.
5. Digital Model Purchases
Digital model purchases are generally final once access to the purchased digital content has been provided.
We do not ordinarily provide refunds simply because:
- you changed your mind;
- you no longer want the model;
- your printer, slicer, material, or settings do not produce the result you expected;
- you later find another model you prefer;
- the model later becomes free or less expensive; or
- the product later goes on sale.
This does not limit any rights that cannot legally be waived.
6. Individual Commercial-License Purchases
Individual commercial-license purchases are generally final once the commercial-use license has been granted.
A commercial license gives permanent rights for the applicable model subject to the Terms of Service.
We do not ordinarily refund a commercial-license purchase merely because:
- you later stop selling the physical product;
- you later change your business;
- you later purchase a membership that would have provided commercial rights;
- the commercial license is later discounted; or
- you no longer need the license.
If our systems determine that you already possess equivalent commercial rights for a model, we may prevent an unnecessary duplicate purchase.
7. Tutorial Purchases and Unlocks
Paid tutorials and tutorials unlocked using credits are generally final once access has been provided.
A refund will not ordinarily be issued merely because:
- you changed your mind;
- you did not complete the tutorial;
- you decided not to use the software or techniques being taught;
- third-party software later changes its interface or functionality; or
- you did not achieve a particular educational, professional, or financial outcome.
8. Membership Credits
Membership credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed or refunded for money merely because they remain unused.
Credits that have been legitimately issued:
- do not expire;
- remain associated with your account after membership cancellation; and
- may continue to be used for eligible SorryNoFilter content.
Canceling a membership does not remove already-issued legitimate credits.
Future credits that have not yet been issued are not owed after the applicable paid membership period ends.
9. When a Refund May Be Provided
SorryNoFilter may provide a refund or other appropriate remedy in situations including:
- duplicate charges;
- demonstrable billing errors;
- an incorrect amount charged because of a technical error;
- inability to access purchased digital content because of a verified SorryNoFilter system problem that we cannot reasonably correct;
- a demonstrably defective original digital file that we cannot reasonably correct or replace;
- an eligible accidental annual renewal under this policy;
- an obvious pricing or checkout error for which the transaction is canceled;
- circumstances where Tech Dome Corp determines a refund is appropriate; or
- circumstances where applicable law requires a refund.
Depending on the situation, an appropriate remedy may include:
- correcting the problem;
- replacing a digital file;
- restoring access;
- replacement credits;
- substitute content;
- a partial refund; or
- a full refund.
10. Printing and Production Costs
Refunds for digital products do not include reimbursement for manufacturing or production costs.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SorryNoFilter does not reimburse costs such as:
- filament;
- resin;
- electricity;
- failed-print time;
- printer damage;
- labor;
- packaging;
- lost production;
- lost sales; or
- other manufacturing expenses.
SorryNoFilter support is limited as described in the Terms of Service.
11. Pricing Changes and Sales
Prices may change over time.
Later:
- discounts;
- sales;
- promotions;
- price reductions;
- changes in credit cost; or
- a paid model becoming free
do not create a right to a retroactive refund, credit, or price adjustment.
The price or credit amount displayed when the transaction or unlock occurs governs that transaction.
12. Membership Plan Changes
Membership upgrades, downgrades, billing-interval changes, and other plan transitions may have different effective dates and billing treatment.
Before confirming a change, SorryNoFilter or its payment provider will display applicable information such as:
- the new price;
- the effective date;
- any prorated charge or credit;
- billing-cycle changes; and
- relevant membership changes.
The information presented during that confirmation governs the particular plan change.
A successfully completed membership change is not ordinarily refundable simply because you later decide you preferred the previous plan.
13. Payment Reversals and Chargebacks
If a payment is legitimately refunded, reversed, charged back, determined to be fraudulent, or otherwise invalidated, SorryNoFilter may reverse benefits associated with that payment.
This may include:
- removing credits issued from the invalidated payment;
- creating an appropriate negative credit balance where affected credits were already spent;
- revoking model access obtained using invalidated credits;
- revoking licenses associated with the unpaid transaction; or
- suspending affected account access.
We will make reasonable efforts to limit such adjustments to the affected transaction.
Legitimate unrelated purchases and licenses will not intentionally be revoked.
Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising good-faith payment-dispute rights available under applicable law.
14. Refunds and Permanent Licenses
A normal membership cancellation does not revoke:
- permanent personal-use model access already legitimately acquired;
- permanent commercial-use rights already legitimately acquired;
- paid tutorial access already legitimately acquired; or
- already-issued legitimate credits.
If a transaction that created an entitlement is itself refunded or invalidated, entitlements arising specifically from that refunded transaction may be reversed as necessary.
15. Discontinued or Removed Models
If SorryNoFilter voluntarily removes a model, we will make reasonable efforts to provide existing owners approximately 30 days' advance notice when reasonably practical so they can download and back up their files.
Ordinary discontinuation does not revoke existing license rights.
If a model must be removed immediately for legal, intellectual-property, security, or similar reasons and an existing owner did not receive a reasonable opportunity to download the file, SorryNoFilter may provide an appropriate remedy such as:
- replacement credits;
- substitute content; or
- a refund.
Any remedy required by applicable law will be honored.
16. Refund Method and Processing
Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method where reasonably possible.
The time required for a refund to appear depends on Stripe, your bank, card issuer, and other payment providers and may be outside SorryNoFilter's control.
Refunding a payment does not necessarily erase transaction records that Tech Dome Corp is required or reasonably permitted to retain for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, legal, or dispute-resolution purposes.
17. Taxes and Third-Party Fees
Where a transaction is refunded, applicable taxes collected through the transaction will be handled according to applicable law and payment-provider procedures.
SorryNoFilter is not responsible for:
- foreign-transaction fees;
- currency-conversion fees;
- bank fees; or
- other charges imposed independently by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
18. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or report a billing problem, contact:
Please include enough information for us to identify the transaction, such as:
- the email address associated with your SorryNoFilter account;
- the approximate purchase or renewal date;
- the product or membership involved; and
- a brief explanation of the issue.
Do not send full credit-card numbers or other sensitive payment credentials by email.
19. Abuse of the Refund Policy
Tech Dome Corp may deny refund requests that reasonably appear fraudulent, abusive, repetitive, or intended to obtain digital content without payment.
Examples may include intentionally downloading or acquiring substantial content and then repeatedly requesting refunds.
This provision does not limit legitimate consumer rights or good-faith billing disputes.
20. Changes to This Policy
Tech Dome Corp may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time.
The current version will be posted on SorryNoFilter.com with an updated “Last Updated” date.
Material changes affecting existing customers will receive reasonable notice where appropriate.
Changes will not retroactively remove permanent rights legitimately acquired under earlier terms except where required by law or necessary to address fraud, payment reversals, or invalid transactions.
21. Applicable Law
This policy is subject to the Terms of Service and applicable law.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, warranty, or consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
