Terms of Service

Effective Date:
August 16, 2026
Last Updated:
August 16, 2026

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SorryNoFilter.com and the products, memberships, digital files, tutorials, licenses, and other services made available through the website (collectively, the “Services”).

SorryNoFilter is operated by Tech Dome Corp, a Hawaii, United States corporation. In these Terms, “SorryNoFilter,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Tech Dome Corp doing business through the SorryNoFilter brand.

By accessing the Services, creating an account, purchasing a product or membership, using membership credits, downloading a file, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products, licenses, or paid memberships through SorryNoFilter.

A person under 18 may use the Services only through or with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms and assumes responsibility for that use.

If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

The Services may be available internationally where permitted by applicable law and our payment providers. You are responsible for complying with laws applicable to you and your use of the Services.

3. Accounts

Certain features require a SorryNoFilter account.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the security of your account, and for activity conducted through it.

Accounts and memberships are intended for the account holder and may not be sold, transferred, rented, or shared with unrelated individuals or businesses.

A business holding an authorized commercial license may permit its employees or contractors to access licensed files only when reasonably necessary to perform authorized work for that same business and subject to the restrictions in these Terms.

One business may not use its account or membership to provide independent licenses or account access to separate businesses.

We will not delete an account solely because it has been inactive.

4. Digital Products

SorryNoFilter provides digital products and educational content related primarily to 3D printing and mechanical design.

Products may include:

  • STL, 3MF, CAD, ZIP, and other downloadable files;
  • free and premium 3D models;
  • personal-use and commercial-use licenses;
  • memberships and membership credits;
  • tutorials and educational materials; and
  • related digital resources.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, products offered through SorryNoFilter are digital products.

Images of printed objects are examples of what may be produced using the applicable digital files. Purchasing or unlocking a digital model does not mean a physical product will be shipped to you.

5. Memberships

SorryNoFilter may offer multiple membership tiers with different pricing, credit allowances, licensing rights, access benefits, and other features.

The benefits, price, and billing interval displayed when you subscribe form part of your membership purchase.

Membership offerings may change over time. Changes will not retroactively remove permanent model access, issued credits, or commercial licenses that you legitimately acquired before the change.

5.1 Monthly Memberships

Monthly memberships renew monthly until canceled.

If you cancel, your membership remains active through the end of the current paid billing period and will not renew for another month.

5.2 Annual Memberships

Annual memberships are billed annually and may provide a lower effective monthly price than an equivalent monthly subscription.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, membership credits associated with an annual membership are issued monthly throughout the paid annual term, rather than all at once when the annual payment is made.

Canceling an annual membership prevents the next annual renewal. It does not terminate the already-paid annual term.

During the remainder of that paid term, you continue receiving the membership benefits and scheduled monthly credits applicable to your plan.

Cancellation does not accelerate future credit issuance.

5.3 Membership Changes

We may permit upgrades, downgrades, and other plan changes.

The price, effective date, credit treatment, prorated charge or credit, and other information displayed during the plan-change confirmation process govern that particular change.

6. Membership Credits

Certain memberships provide credits that can be used to unlock eligible SorryNoFilter content.

Credits:

  • have no cash value;
  • cannot be redeemed or withdrawn for money;
  • cannot be transferred, sold, gifted, or exchanged between accounts;
  • may only be used for eligible SorryNoFilter content; and
  • do not expire once issued.

Issued and unused credits remain associated with your account even after your membership ends.

From the customer's perspective, accumulated credits may be presented as a single account balance. SorryNoFilter may maintain a more detailed internal ledger for accounting, billing, auditing, refunds, and payment reversals.

The credit cost of content is the amount displayed when you unlock it. Future increases or decreases do not result in retroactive credit adjustments.

SorryNoFilter does not currently offer separate purchases of credit packs. Credits are membership benefits unless expressly stated otherwise in the future.

7. Invalidated Credits and Reversed Payments

If credits were issued in connection with a payment that is later legitimately refunded, reversed, charged back, determined to be fraudulent, or otherwise invalidated, SorryNoFilter may adjust the affected credit balance.

We may first remove unused credits associated with the invalidated payment. If affected credits have already been spent, we may create an appropriate negative credit balance or revoke content and licenses acquired using those invalidated credits.

Any recovery will be limited to the affected transaction to the extent reasonably possible. We will not intentionally revoke unrelated purchases or licenses funded through valid payments.

Ordinary membership cancellation and later pricing changes do not invalidate previously issued credits.

8. Permanent Model Unlocks

Models legitimately unlocked or purchased are permanently associated with your account, subject to these Terms.

Ending, canceling, or changing a membership does not remove models already legitimately acquired and does not change the license rights already attached to those models.

The license attached to each model determines how you may use it.

A model acquired with a personal-use license remains personal-use unless you later acquire commercial rights.

A model legitimately acquired with commercial-use rights retains those commercial rights permanently, even if your qualifying membership later changes or ends, subject to these Terms.

9. Personal-Use License

Unless a product expressly states otherwise, free models and models acquired under a personal-use license are licensed for personal, non-commercial use.

A personal-use license allows you to:

  • download the model;
  • make physical 3D prints for yourself;
  • make reasonable modifications for your own personal use; and
  • give physical prints to friends or family as genuine gifts.

A personal-use license does not allow you to:

  • sell physical prints;
  • accept payment, trade, or other compensation for physical prints;
  • use the model as part of a commercial product or paid service;
  • sell, share, sublicense, upload, or redistribute the digital files; or
  • sell or distribute modified versions of the digital files.

Free models are personal-use only unless the particular model expressly grants broader rights.

10. Commercial-Use License

A commercial-use license may be obtained through an eligible membership, an individual commercial-license purchase, or another offering expressly identified as including commercial rights.

Once legitimately acquired for a specific model, the commercial-use license for that model is permanent, even if your qualifying membership later changes or ends.

Commercial licenses are:

  • non-exclusive;
  • royalty-free;
  • limited to the licensed model;
  • non-transferable except as expressly provided in these Terms; and
  • subject to all restrictions in these Terms.

A commercial license does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying design.

11. Permitted Commercial Use

Subject to these Terms, a commercial license allows you to manufacture and sell an unlimited quantity of physical 3D-printed products made from the licensed model without per-unit royalties.

Authorized physical prints may be sold through channels including:

  • your own website;
  • online marketplaces;
  • social-media shops;
  • craft fairs and markets;
  • physical retail locations; and
  • other legitimate sales channels.

Attribution to SorryNoFilter is not required.

However, you may not falsely claim that you created or own the original SorryNoFilter design.

12. Commercial Modifications

Commercial license holders may reasonably modify a licensed model for producing authorized physical products.

Examples may include changing dimensions, adding personalization, adding a customer's name, adding a business logo, combining printable components, or making functional adjustments.

Modification does not transfer ownership of the underlying SorryNoFilter design.

You may not sell, share, sublicense, upload, or distribute the original or modified digital files merely because you modified them.

13. Third-Party Printing and Contractors

A commercial license holder may use employees, contractors, print farms, or third-party manufacturing services solely as necessary to produce authorized physical 3D-printed products on the license holder's behalf.

Digital files may be provided to such parties only when reasonably necessary for authorized production.

The third party may not independently:

  • retain the files beyond what is reasonably necessary;
  • reuse them for another customer or business;
  • sell or distribute them;
  • manufacture products for itself;
  • sublicense them;
  • upload them; or
  • otherwise exploit the files.

Copies must be deleted from the third party's systems when the authorized work is completed, where reasonably practicable.

The commercial license holder remains responsible for ensuring that employees, contractors, and manufacturing providers comply with these restrictions.

14. Commercial License Business Limit

The standard SorryNoFilter commercial license is intended for individual creators and small businesses with less than $1 million USD in annual gross revenue at the time the commercial license is acquired.

Businesses at or above $1 million USD in annual gross revenue must contact SorryNoFilter for a separate enterprise license or written agreement before acquiring new commercial-use rights.

If a business legitimately acquired a commercial license while eligible under the standard license and later grows beyond the $1 million threshold, its previously acquired commercial license for that model remains valid.

Commercial rights acquired before crossing the threshold are not retroactively revoked solely because the business later grows.

15. Non-3D-Print and Mass Manufacturing

The standard commercial license applies to physical products produced through 3D printing.

It does not authorize large-scale or alternative manufacturing methods such as injection molding, casting, CNC mass production, or similar non-3D-print manufacturing.

Such manufacturing requires separate written permission or an appropriate enterprise agreement from Tech Dome Corp.

16. Prohibited Digital Distribution

No personal-use or commercial-use license permits you to:

  • sell the original digital files;
  • share or give away the files;
  • upload them to another website or platform;
  • sublicense them;
  • distribute them through file-sharing services;
  • include them in another digital product;
  • sell modified versions of the files;
  • provide the files to another business for its independent use; or
  • otherwise make the digital files available to unauthorized third parties.

Commercial rights apply to authorized physical products, not resale of SorryNoFilter digital assets.

17. Unlimited Membership and Marketing Assets

Where an Unlimited membership includes permission to use approved SorryNoFilter product photographs or renders, that permission applies only while the qualifying Unlimited membership remains active.

An active eligible Unlimited member may make reasonable marketing adaptations to approved assets, including:

  • cropping;
  • resizing;
  • adding text;
  • adding the member's shop logo; and
  • formatting images for authorized product listings or advertising.

These assets may be used only to market authorized physical prints of applicable SorryNoFilter designs.

They may not be:

  • sold or redistributed as standalone assets;
  • used to market unauthorized products;
  • used misleadingly;
  • presented as being owned by the member; or
  • used in a way that falsely implies an official partnership or endorsement.

When the qualifying Unlimited membership ends, permission to use SorryNoFilter marketing photographs and renders ends.

The customer's permanent commercial licenses for models already acquired are not affected. The customer may continue selling authorized physical prints but must replace SorryNoFilter marketing assets with their own images.

Customers without the applicable Unlimited benefit must use their own product photographs or marketing materials unless SorryNoFilter expressly grants permission otherwise.

18. Tutorials

SorryNoFilter may provide free and paid tutorials relating to SolidWorks for Makers, mechanical design, 3D printing, and related topics.

A paid tutorial legitimately unlocked through your account remains permanently accessible through that account, subject to the limited legal and technical exceptions described in these Terms.

Tutorial access is licensed to one individual learner.

One tutorial purchase or unlock may not be shared among multiple learners or employees unless SorryNoFilter expressly offers a team or business-learning license.

19. Tutorial Materials

SorryNoFilter retains ownership of its tutorial content, including:

  • videos;
  • written lessons;
  • graphics;
  • illustrations;
  • screenshots;
  • supplied CAD files;
  • STL or 3MF files;
  • drawings;
  • project files; and
  • other downloadable educational materials.

Supplied tutorial files are for personal educational use unless expressly stated otherwise.

You may take reasonable screenshots, short reference excerpts, and personal notes for your own private study.

You may not publish, sell, upload, share, reproduce, or redistribute SorryNoFilter tutorial content or supplied project files.

20. Commercial Use of Skills Learned in Tutorials

You are free to use the skills, techniques, methods, workflows, and knowledge learned through SorryNoFilter tutorials for commercial purposes.

If you personally create the model demonstrated in a tutorial by following the instruction, you may sell physical prints of the model you created.

You may also sell or distribute digital designs that you create using skills learned from SorryNoFilter tutorials when those designs are genuinely your own original work.

However, you may not sell or distribute as a digital product:

  • a SorryNoFilter-supplied project or model file;
  • an exact reproduction of the SorryNoFilter digital model demonstrated in the tutorial; or
  • a substantially identical digital reproduction created primarily to substitute for the original SorryNoFilter model.

This restriction does not prevent you from commercially applying the general design methods and skills you learned to create your own original products.

21. Tutorial and Educational Disclaimer

Tutorials are provided for educational purposes.

SorryNoFilter does not guarantee that completing a tutorial will result in:

  • employment;
  • professional certification;
  • business success;
  • a particular level of skill;
  • sales;
  • income; or
  • any other professional or financial outcome.

22. SolidWorks and Third-Party Software

SorryNoFilter and Tech Dome Corp are independent from Dassault Systèmes and SolidWorks and are not sponsored, endorsed, operated by, or affiliated with them unless expressly stated otherwise.

References to SolidWorks or SolidWorks for Makers identify third-party software used or discussed in our content.

Purchasing a SorryNoFilter tutorial does not include a license to SolidWorks, SolidWorks for Makers, or any other third-party software.

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any legitimate software licenses, subscriptions, hardware, or other tools necessary to follow a tutorial.

Third-party software may change its interface, functionality, pricing, licensing, availability, or other characteristics. SorryNoFilter does not guarantee that older tutorials will remain perfectly synchronized with future versions of third-party software.

23. Model Updates

SorryNoFilter may update, improve, correct, or replace downloadable files associated with an existing model.

If you already legitimately own that model, updates to the same product/listing are generally included under your existing license.

A substantially different design released as a separate product or listing may require a separate unlock or purchase.

SorryNoFilter is not required to maintain an archive of obsolete, superseded, or defective versions of a model.

24. Safety Corrections

If SorryNoFilter identifies a material safety or design problem, we may:

  • issue a correction or safety notice;
  • replace or update the downloadable files;
  • recommend that customers stop using an affected version; and
  • where reasonably necessary for safety, require commercial license holders to stop producing the affected version.

Once notified of a material safety correction, commercial license holders are responsible for using the corrected/current version for new production.

25. Discontinued Models and Downloads

If SorryNoFilter voluntarily discontinues a model, we will make reasonable efforts to provide existing owners with approximately 30 days' advance notice when reasonably practical.

Customers may be advised to download and securely back up their files before the removal date.

Existing license rights remain valid following ordinary discontinuation.

SorryNoFilter may be unable to provide advance notice where immediate removal is reasonably necessary because of:

  • a legal requirement;
  • intellectual-property claim;
  • court or government order;
  • security concern; or
  • another circumstance requiring prompt removal.

Where a previously acquired model must be removed without a reasonable opportunity to download it, SorryNoFilter may, where appropriate, offer replacement credits, substitute content, or a refund. Any remedy required by applicable law will be honored.

26. Customer Backups

Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backup copies of legitimately downloaded digital files.

SorryNoFilter will make reasonable efforts to maintain account libraries and access to acquired content but does not guarantee perpetual cloud storage or permanent download availability.

27. Changes Between Free and Paid Content

SorryNoFilter may change the price or availability of content over time.

A free model may later become paid. A customer who legitimately acquired the model while it was free retains the access and license originally granted.

A paid model may later become free. Customers who previously spent credits or money to acquire it are not entitled to a retroactive refund solely because the model later becomes free.

Likewise, later sales, discounts, promotions, or price reductions do not create a right to a retroactive refund, credit, or price adjustment.

28. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

By making a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method you provide for the amount presented during checkout.

Unless checkout expressly displays another currency, prices are displayed and charged in U.S. dollars (USD).

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may impose foreign-transaction, currency-conversion, or other fees. Those fees are not controlled by SorryNoFilter.

29. Taxes

Applicable sales tax, use tax, VAT, GST, or similar transaction taxes may be calculated and added where required.

Tax treatment may depend on your location and the nature of the transaction.

30. Promotions and Pricing Errors

Promotions, discounts, coupons, and special offers may have separate eligibility requirements, durations, expiration dates, and other conditions.

Discounts cannot be combined unless expressly stated otherwise.

SorryNoFilter may correct obvious pricing, technical, or checkout errors.

If a transaction is canceled because of an obvious pricing or technical error after you have been charged, the amount paid for that canceled transaction will be refunded.

31. Cancellation and Refunds

Membership cancellation, annual-renewal refund requests, digital-product refunds, and related policies are governed by the separate Cancellation & Refund Policy available on SorryNoFilter.com.

In general, digital products are final once access is provided, subject to the exceptions described in that policy and any non-waivable rights provided by applicable law.

Canceling a membership does not revoke legitimate permanent model licenses, tutorial access, or already-issued credits.

32. Intellectual Property

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Tech Dome Corp owns or controls the applicable intellectual-property rights in original SorryNoFilter content, including:

  • 3D models;
  • CAD designs;
  • digital files;
  • photographs;
  • renders;
  • graphics;
  • videos;
  • tutorials;
  • written materials;
  • branding;
  • logos; and
  • website content.

Purchasing a product, spending a credit, or obtaining a membership grants only the rights expressly described by the applicable license.

It does not transfer ownership or copyright in the underlying content.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

33. Trademarks and Brand Use

You may not use the SorryNoFilter or Tech Dome Corp name, logo, branding, or other identifiers in a manner that falsely suggests:

  • sponsorship;
  • endorsement;
  • partnership;
  • affiliation;
  • authorized-dealer status; or
  • that your business is an official SorryNoFilter store.

Commercial license holders may truthfully identify a design as originating from SorryNoFilter if they voluntarily choose to provide attribution.

Attribution is not otherwise required.

34. Artificial Intelligence and Dataset Use

Unless Tech Dome Corp provides prior written permission, you may not use SorryNoFilter models, CAD files, tutorials, images, renders, text, or other protected content to:

  • train artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models;
  • create or expand training datasets;
  • develop generative models;
  • perform unauthorized model extraction; or
  • provide protected SorryNoFilter content as training material to third-party AI systems.

This restriction does not prohibit ordinary use of AI-assisted tools in your own business where SorryNoFilter protected content is not being used as unauthorized training or dataset material.

35. Automated Access and Scraping

You may not use unauthorized bots, crawlers, scrapers, scripts, automated downloaders, or similar systems to:

  • bulk-download models;
  • extract tutorials;
  • collect protected images or files;
  • scrape protected website content;
  • circumvent access controls; or
  • otherwise systematically extract SorryNoFilter content.

Normal indexing by legitimate search engines and services authorized by SorryNoFilter is permitted.

SorryNoFilter may use reasonable technical restrictions, rate limits, or temporary download controls to prevent automated access, scraping, fraud, security threats, or abuse.

Such safeguards are not intended to arbitrarily undermine legitimate benefits advertised as part of an Unlimited membership.

36. User-Submitted Content

If SorryNoFilter allows users to submit reviews, testimonials, print photographs, makes, comments, or other content (“User Content”), you retain ownership of your original User Content.

By voluntarily submitting User Content to SorryNoFilter, you grant Tech Dome Corp a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, format, and use that content in connection with operating and promoting SorryNoFilter, including on the website, social media, and marketing materials.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit that content.

You may not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, malicious, misleading, or that violates another person's rights.

SorryNoFilter may remove or refuse User Content at its discretion when reasonably appropriate and is not obligated to pre-screen or continuously monitor all submissions.

37. Reviews and Testimonials

SorryNoFilter may display reviews and testimonials submitted by customers.

We may make reasonable edits for formatting, spelling, grammar, or length, but will not intentionally alter the material meaning of a customer's statement or misrepresent their experience.

Where a review or testimonial was provided in connection with an incentive, free product, discount, credit, or other material benefit, SorryNoFilter will make appropriate disclosures where required by applicable law.

38. Support

SorryNoFilter provides reasonable customer support limited to issues involving:

  • original SorryNoFilter digital files;
  • file downloads;
  • account access;
  • billing; and
  • licensing.

Support does not include an obligation to provide instruction, troubleshooting, repair, configuration, or technical assistance relating to:

  • 3D printers;
  • slicers;
  • filament or resin;
  • print settings;
  • printer hardware;
  • computer hardware;
  • third-party software; or
  • customer-modified files.

SorryNoFilter may voluntarily provide additional assistance, but doing so does not create an ongoing contractual obligation to provide such support.

39. 3D Printing and Safety Disclaimer

3D printing involves equipment, heat, moving components, electricity, materials, tools, and other potential hazards.

You are responsible for safely operating your equipment and determining whether a model, material, manufacturing process, and resulting physical product are appropriate for your intended use.

Unless a particular product expressly states otherwise, SorryNoFilter models are not designed, tested, or certified for safety-critical uses, including:

  • medical devices;
  • protective or life-safety equipment;
  • structural or critical load-bearing applications;
  • automotive safety components;
  • aerospace safety components; or
  • other regulated or high-risk applications.

Do not rely on a SorryNoFilter model for such an application unless the specific model is expressly identified as designed and appropriately certified for that purpose.

40. Food-Contact Disclaimer

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific product, SorryNoFilter does not certify models or resulting physical prints as food-safe or suitable for food contact.

You are responsible for evaluating the suitability of your printer, material, nozzle, coatings, manufacturing process, cleaning process, and finished product for food-contact use.

41. Print Results and Modified Files

Print results vary based on factors outside SorryNoFilter's control, including printer calibration, material, slicer settings, orientation, environment, equipment condition, and customer modifications.

SorryNoFilter does not guarantee identical print results across all printers, materials, or configurations.

SorryNoFilter has no obligation to troubleshoot or provide technical support for customer-modified digital files.

42. Production Costs and Losses

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SorryNoFilter is not responsible for costs or losses associated with manufacturing or failed prints, including:

  • filament;
  • resin;
  • electricity;
  • failed-print time;
  • printer damage;
  • labor;
  • lost production;
  • lost sales; or
  • other manufacturing expenses.

Where an original digital file is demonstrably defective, SorryNoFilter may correct the file or provide a remedy under the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy.

43. Commercial Sellers Are Independent Manufacturers

A commercial license holder who manufactures or sells physical products based on a SorryNoFilter design acts as the independent manufacturer and seller of those physical products.

The commercial seller is responsible for its own:

  • manufacturing quality;
  • materials;
  • labeling;
  • product descriptions and claims;
  • customer service;
  • returns;
  • taxes;
  • legal and regulatory compliance; and
  • evaluation of the safety and suitability of finished products.

Granting a commercial license does not make Tech Dome Corp or SorryNoFilter the manufacturer, distributor, seller, partner, employer, or agent of the license holder's physical products.

44. Prohibited Activities

In addition to other restrictions in these Terms, you may not:

  • redistribute SorryNoFilter digital files without authorization;
  • circumvent payment, membership, credit, licensing, or access systems;
  • share accounts with unauthorized users;
  • engage in fraudulent transactions or abusive chargebacks;
  • impersonate another person or business;
  • falsely claim ownership of SorryNoFilter designs;
  • interfere with the operation or security of the Services;
  • introduce malicious code;
  • use the Services for unlawful purposes; or
  • assist another person in violating these Terms.

45. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a payment is legitimately reversed, charged back, or remains unpaid, SorryNoFilter may suspend affected account access and revoke content, credits, or licenses associated with that unpaid transaction.

We distinguish legitimate good-faith billing disputes from fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising payment-dispute rights provided by applicable law.

46. Suspension, Termination, and License Violations

Tech Dome Corp may suspend or terminate account access or affected licenses for serious or repeated violations of these Terms, including:

  • unauthorized redistribution;
  • resale of digital files;
  • copyright infringement;
  • fraud;
  • abusive chargebacks;
  • account sharing;
  • attempts to circumvent access controls; or
  • other material licensing violations.

Termination does not prevent Tech Dome Corp from pursuing copyright, contractual, or other legal remedies where appropriate.

If access or licenses are terminated because of a serious violation, correcting or removing the violation does not automatically restore them.

Reinstatement is at Tech Dome Corp's discretion, subject to applicable law.

47. Voluntary Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your SorryNoFilter account.

Before permanent deletion, you may be warned that deletion can result in loss of access to:

  • your online model library;
  • downloads;
  • tutorials;
  • unused credits; and
  • other account benefits.

Account deletion may be irreversible. SorryNoFilter does not guarantee restoration of a voluntarily deleted account, library, credits, tutorials, or other benefits.

Tech Dome Corp may retain transaction, payment, licensing, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, and other records where reasonably necessary or legally required.

48. Transferability

Licenses issued to an individual are personal and non-transferable unless expressly approved by Tech Dome Corp.

A commercial license held by a legal business entity may remain with that same legal entity when its owners, employees, or contractors change.

A sale, merger, assignment, or transfer of the business itself does not automatically transfer SorryNoFilter licenses to another legal entity unless permitted by these Terms or approved by Tech Dome Corp.

49. Service Communications

SorryNoFilter may send transactional or service-related communications reasonably necessary to operate your account and provide the Services.

These may include:

  • account and security messages;
  • purchase confirmations;
  • receipts;
  • billing notices;
  • membership changes;
  • license information;
  • download information; and
  • important legal or service updates.

These communications are separate from optional marketing messages.

50. Marketing Communications

Where permitted by law, SorryNoFilter may send promotional emails to users who have appropriately opted in.

Marketing communications may include information about new models, tutorials, memberships, promotions, or other SorryNoFilter products.

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications using the method provided in those communications.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary transactional or service communications.

51. Third-Party Services

SorryNoFilter may rely on third-party providers for payment processing, authentication, hosting, storage, analytics, communications, or other infrastructure.

Your interaction with third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tech Dome Corp is not responsible for failures or changes caused solely by third-party services outside its reasonable control.

52. Changes to Prices and Membership Benefits

SorryNoFilter may change prices and membership offerings in the future.

Where required or reasonably appropriate, existing subscribers will receive advance notice before a changed subscription price applies to a future renewal.

Already-paid billing periods will not be retroactively repriced.

Membership features and benefits may also evolve.

Such changes will not retroactively remove:

  • issued credits;
  • permanent model unlocks; or
  • commercial licenses already legitimately acquired.

53. Availability of the Services

SorryNoFilter may maintain, modify, update, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Services from time to time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

We will make reasonable efforts to preserve legitimate customer purchase and licensing records, subject to legal, security, technical, and operational limitations.

54. Copyright Complaints

If you believe material available through SorryNoFilter infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights, contact:

support@sorrynofilter.com

Please provide enough information for us to identify the protected work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, and the basis for your claim.

Tech Dome Corp may remove or restrict disputed content where reasonably appropriate or legally required.

55. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services, digital products, and educational materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

SorryNoFilter does not warrant that:

  • every model will be suitable for every printer or material;
  • every print will succeed;
  • tutorials will remain compatible with every future software version;
  • the Services will always be uninterrupted; or
  • the Services will meet every user's particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

56. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tech Dome Corp, SorryNoFilter, and their respective officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Services, digital files, tutorials, licenses, or physical products manufactured from licensed designs.

This includes, where legally permitted, loss arising from:

  • failed prints;
  • material costs;
  • printer damage;
  • business interruption;
  • lost profits;
  • lost sales;
  • loss of data; or
  • unauthorized or unsuitable use of a physical print.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

57. Changes to These Terms

Tech Dome Corp may update these Terms as SorryNoFilter, its products, membership offerings, technology, or applicable laws evolve.

The current Terms will be posted on SorryNoFilter.com with an updated “Last Updated” date.

For material changes that meaningfully affect existing customers' rights or obligations, we will provide reasonable notice where appropriate, such as by email or a prominent website/account notice.

Changes to these Terms will not retroactively revoke permanent model licenses, issued credits, or other permanent rights legitimately acquired under earlier terms, except where required by law or necessary to address fraud or an invalidated transaction.

58. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at support@sorrynofilter.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue informally.

Subject to any jurisdictional or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived, disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be brought in an appropriate state or federal court located in Hawaii.

59. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed as necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

60. No Waiver
